Connor King Game Report: vs Vicksburg

Connor King continued his hot streak on Saturday by dropping his third-straight game with at least two stolen bases. He scored three runs and stole four bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. He is becoming a predictor of Quitman's success: when he posts at least two stolen bases the team is 5-1 (and 5-7 when he doesn't).

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Quitman Panthers take on Northeast Jones Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Quitman has some work to do to even out the 1-9 series between these two since March of 2019, but a win here would be a good start.
