West Branch (Morrisdale, Pa.) was up 20-14 at the half after taking the lead on a
Chad Speigle touchdown run in the second quarter.
The Warriors expanded their lead to 25 points entering the fourth quarter. West Branch scored three times in the third, including once on a touchdown run by Speigle.
Devon Kylor played well for
Mt. Union (Pa.). The junior ran for one touchdown.
WB also won the meeting between the two teams last season, 17-6.
The win was a nice bounce back for the Morrisdale school, which lost to Northern Bedford County last week, 33-6.
In a non-conference game next week West Branch (4-4) takes on Juniata Valley, and Mt. Union (2-6) will go up against Tussey Mountain also in a non-conference game.
