DasCHE had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They blew past the Bishop Lynch Friars 12-4. The result was nothing new for the Spartans, who have now won 12 contests by six runs or more so far this season.
Juliet Amparan was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out 11 batters over six innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off seven hits. Those 11 strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with three runs, one triple, and one RBI.
In other batting news, Reese Worley was incredible, going 3-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one double. Those four RBI gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Madi Monk, who went 2-for-3 with three stolen bases, one run, and one double.
DasCHE always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .529. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Bishop Lynch only posted an OBP of .379.

Looking ahead, DasCHE will take on John Paul II at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Spartans will need to watch out since the Cardinals have now posted at least ten runs in their last 11 matchups. Bishop Lynch does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
