Snohomish had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. It was close, but they capped 2024 with a 52-49 win over the Ridgefield Spudders. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Panthers' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 262nd, while the Spudders are ranked 62nd).

Snohomish's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Ridgefield, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-2.

Snohomish will head out on the road to challenge Marysville-Pilchuck at 8:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Snohomish is facing Marysville-Pilchuck at the right time seeing as Marysville-Pilchuck is stuck on a ten-game losing streak. As for Ridgefield, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Washougal at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. Washougal has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 197 points over their last three matchups.
