The Austintown-Fitch Falcons won the last time they faced the Howland Tigers, and things went their way  on Friday too. Austintown-Fitch walked away with  a   51-40  victory over Howland. The  victory made it back-to-back wins for Austintown-Fitch.
 It was another big night for  Deshawn Vaughn, who  scored 23 points along with five  assists and five  rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  he has scored all season.  Marcel Finkley was another key contributor,  scoring 15 points along with two  steals.
 Austintown-Fitch's win bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Howland, they now  have a losing record at 6-7.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Austintown-Fitch will  face off against Newark at 3:30  p.m.  on Sunday. Newark is coming into the  matchup hot, having won their last seven games. As for Howland, they will head out on the road to  square off against  Boardman at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Boardman has now lost nine straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 9.
