Meanwhile, Parowan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 18-6 to South Sevier.
Parowan saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Tyrel Vest, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. Vest also put up a double, which was his first of the season.
Millard's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-7. As for Parowan, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.
