Washington had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They came out on top against the Richwoods Knights by a score of 2-0 on Monday. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Knights: they've now won seven in a row.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Washington took both sets by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-15.
