John Ehret is 1-9 against Fisher since March of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The John Ehret Patriots will be playing in front of their home fans against the Fisher Gators at 3:30 p.m.
John Ehret fought the good fight in their extra-innings match against Warren Easton on Saturday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Fighting Eagles by a score of 7-6.

DUSTIN WALKER was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played. BRYCEN FORET was another key player, going 2-for-4 with three RBI and two doubles.
Meanwhile, Fisher made easy work of Salmen on Saturday and carried off a 17-2 win. The Gators might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by ten runs or more this season.
Haiden Martin was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. What's more, he gave up only zero walks, the fewest he's had since back in March of 2024. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.
In other batting news, Fisher got a big performance out of Charles Shamp, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in both of his plate appearances. Fisher is undefeated when Shamp posts two or more runs, but 0-2-1 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Patrick Henderson, who scored two runs and stole a base.
Fisher always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .679. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Fisher pushed their record up to 4-2-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs over those games. As for John Ehret, their loss dropped their record down to 4-7.
John Ehret suffered a grim 15-5 defeat to Fisher in their previous meeting two weeks ago. Will John Ehret have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
