Sylacauga had to skate by with only a one-goal margin when they last took the pitch, which might have inspired the four-goal drubbing they dealt Beauregard on Tuesday. The Aggies blew past the Hornets 4-0. The result was nothing new for Sylacauga, who have now won eight contests by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Beauregard with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Hayden Hubbard, Joe Gaspar, Casey Malone, and Anderson Shaw.

The win was the fourth in a row for Sylacauga, bringing their record up to 15-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four games. As for Beauregard, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sylacauga will take on Chilton County at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
