The Vanguard College Prep Lions won the last time they faced the Tioga Timberwolves, and things went their way  on Tuesday too. Vanguard College Prep claimed a resounding  82-22 win over Tioga at home. With Vanguard College Prep ahead  41-16 at the half, the  contest was all but over already.
 Vanguard College Prep was led to victory by  Desmond Taylor and  Gustavo Mora.  Taylor  went 6 for 10 from beyond the arc en route to 26 points and 2 assists, while  Mora  scored 26 points along with 5  steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which  Taylor has scored at least 25% of Vanguard College Prep's points.  Mathew Prak was another key contributor,  scoring 9 points.
 The  victory  makes it two in a row for Vanguard College Prep and  bumps their season record up to 2-4. As for Tioga,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 0-2.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Vanguard College Prep won't have much time to rest: their next  game is against Waterford at 6:30  p.m.  on December 6th. As for Tioga, they will head out on the road to face off against Stockton Christian at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Stockton Christian will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive.
