The Habersham School found their leader in underclassman Myla Shippy, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds and two steals. Shippy has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times she's played. Another player making a difference was Anna Cadle, who scored six points along with three steals.
The Habersham School is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 13-9 record this season. As for Islands, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-12.

As for Islands, they and the Yellow Jackets will face off at 6:00 p.m. on January 30th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Wayne County will be looking to extend their current seven-game winning streak.
