Pleasanton is 1-7 against Devine since November of 2014 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Pleasanton Eagles will be playing in front of their home fans against the Devine Warhorses at 7:30 p.m. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Tuesday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Pleasanton beat Carrizo Springs 42-37.
Meanwhile, Devine had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28.3 points), and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They walked away with a 54-44 victory over Carrizo Springs.
The victory got Pleasanton back to even at 15-15. As for Devine, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 24-8 record this season.
