Kickapoo/La Farge had to hit the road for their first game, and unfortunately the road hit them back. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 27-55 walloping at New Lisbon hands. If Kickapoo/La Farge were hoping for some payback for the 22-56 loss against New Lisbon the last time the two teams met, then they were disappointed. This was the first contest for both squads, starting Kickapoo/La Farge off on the wrong foot at 0-1, while giving New Lisbon a 1-0 record.
Next week, Kickapoo/La Farge take on Hillsboro at 7:00 PM. As for New Lisbon, they will face of against Wonewoc-Center/Weston.
