The Redlands Adventist Academy Bulldogs waltzed into their game on Monday with nine straight wins but they left with ten. They had just enough and edged Loma Linda Academy out 38-35. Despite the victory, that was the fewest points Redlands Adventist Academy has scored all year.
Redlands Adventist Academy got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Aidan Calhoun out in front who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 11 rebounds. Jarron Sumadia was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Redlands Adventist Academy pushed their record up to 12-3 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Loma Linda Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 8-12.
Redlands Adventist Academy won't have much time to rest: their next game is against River Springs Charter School Magnolia at 5:30 p.m. on January 23rd. As for Loma Linda Academy, they will face off against Armona Union Academy at 7:20 p.m. on Wednesday.
