Laney entered their tilt with Burke County on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 55-48 victory over the Burke County Bears. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 58-51 victory last Friday.

It was another big night for Raina Burns, who posted 27 points. Memorie Rhodes was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Laney now has a winning record of 13-12. As for Burke County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season.

Laney didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 56-32 loss against Thomson on the 13th. Burke County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
