On Friday, The Delaware Valley Warriors got themselves on the board against the Scranton Knights, but the Scranton Knights never followed suit. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Knights 40-0 at home. That 40-0 margin sets a new team best for Delaware Valley this season.
Delaware Valley can attribute much of their success to Justin Kalitsnik, who rushed for 107 yards and a touchdown on only five carries, and also picked up 83 receiving yards and a touchdown. The team also got some help courtesy of Ryder Machado, who rushed for 91 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries.
Delaware Valley's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Scranton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season.
Delaware Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Scranton is also done with their season.
