Siegel has gone  a perfect 4-0 against Tullahoma recently and they'll look to pad the win column further  on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Tullahoma hadn't done well against Lawrence County recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way  on Thursday. Tullahoma narrowly escaped with a  win as the  squad sidled past Lawrence County  8-7.
  Madison Goad was  incredible,  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances with one  home run, one  stolen base,  and two  RBI.  Avanley Metcalf was another key player,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-3.
 Tullahoma pushed their record up to 9-5 with the  victory, which was their sixth straight  on the road. Those  road  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 11.3 runs over those games. As for Siegel, their victory bumped their record up to 8-4-1.
 Everything went Siegel's way against Tullahoma in their previous meeting  back in March, as Siegel made off with  a  12-2 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Stars since the  team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
