The Ross Rams will square off against the Kings Knights at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a 11-game winning streak alive.
On Friday, Ross needed a bit of extra time to put away Franklin. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Wildcats, sneaking past 7-6. That's two games straight that the Rams have won by just one run.

Paige Baker made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out ten batters over eight innings while giving up six earned runs off eight hits. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 5.1 strikeouts per game. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-5 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Josi Alvis, who went 3-for-4 with one home run and three RBI. Kailyn May was another key player, going 1-for-5 with one home run.
Ross lost a few balls and finished the game with two home runs. That's the most home runs they've posted since back in May of 2025.
Kings came out on top against Little Miami on Thursday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run second inning. The Knights took their game against the Panthers 5-1.
Neely McElhaney spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on five hits and racked up 12 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 14 consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Leah Mitchener was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Madison Titler, who went 3-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
Kings' victory bumped their record up to 22-1. As for Ross, their win bumped their record up to 17-6.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Saturday as neither team is afraid to steal. Ross has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 2.8 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Kings struggles in that department as they've been averaging 3.1 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Ross beat Kings 7-3 in their previous meeting back in March of 2018. Do the Rams have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Knights turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
