The Dulaney Lions are on the road again on Wednesday and play against the Northeast Eagles at 5:15 p.m. on December 27th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Maryland (Dulaney is ranked 91st, while Northeast is ranked 115th).
Last Wednesday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Dulaney beat Western Tech & Environmental Science 43-38. Despite the victory, that was the fewest points Dulaney has scored all year.
Meanwhile, after a string of five wins, Northeast's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They fell just short of Meade by a score of 61-58. Northeast has struggled against Meade recently, as their contest on Friday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Dulaney pushed their record up to 4-1 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 65.0 points per game. As for Northeast, their loss dropped their record down to 5-1.
