Baseball Recap: Lafayette's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

While Lafayette put up some runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for Anderson County. The Generals put the hurt on the Bearcats with a sharp 10-0 victory. The Generals not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since April 29th (when they won 10-0).

Lafayette moved to 25-16 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak. As for Anderson County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 14 of their last 17 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-18 record this season.

Lafayette will face off against Great Crossing on Friday. The Generals are facing the Warhawks at the right time seeing as the Warhawks are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Anderson County, they will take on Bardstown at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
