Riverside-Durham's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Corey Hairston Jr., who scored 24 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Hairston Jr. has scored at least 25% of Riverside-Durham's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaden Butler, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 rebounds.
Riverside-Durham has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. As for East Wake, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-4.
Riverside-Durham won't have much time to rest: their next game is against South Granville at 8:30 p.m. on December 29th.
