After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Chuckey-Doak, Hampton was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They put the hurt on the Unaka Rangers with a sharp 11-1 victory. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Rangers back in March, they had to take a 12-9 defeat.

Hampton now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Unaka, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hampton will head out to challenge Cherokee at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Unaka, they will venture away from home to take on University School at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
