The Carolina M Mustangs can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They walked away with a 58-49 victory over Cresset Christian Academy. The victory was just what Carolina M needed coming off of a 73-21 defeat in their prior contest.
Carolina M's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Cameron Marshall, who scored 16 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Marshall has scored at least 25% of Carolina M's points. Cayden McClain was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with 8 rebounds.
Carolina M's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Cresset Christian Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Carolina M is on the road again on Tuesday and play against Faith Christian at 6:30 p.m. on December 5th. As for Cresset Christian Academy, they will be playing at home against Neuse Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
