 Fenton let  Taryn Craven and  Sophie Collins loose on the outfield. Craven  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-3, while  Collins  scored two  runs and  stole four bases while  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of  Lily Turkowski, who  scored two  runs while  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances.
 Meanwhile, Kearsley fell victim to Linden and their airtight pitching crew  last Monday. They lost  18-0 to the Eagles.
 Fenton has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won 15 of their last 16 games,  which provided a nice bump to their 22-2 record  this season. As for Kearsley, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-9.
 Everything went Fenton's way against Kearsley in their previous meeting  back in April as Fenton made off with  a  16-0 victory. Will Fenton repeat their success,  or does  Kearsley have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
