Childersburg will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Talladega at 7:00 PM. Childersburg is expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the contest prepared for a fight.
Everything went Childersburg's way against Talladega County Central last week as they made off with a 26-0 win.
Meanwhile, it was all tied up at the half for Talladega and Munford, but Talladega stepped up in the second half. Talladega were able to grind out a solid victory over Munford, winning 20-10.
Their wins bumped Childersburg to 2-0 and Talladega to 1-1. We'll see which team can carry over their success and which team inevitably falls when Childersburg and Talladega clash.
