Langford will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against Ipswich/Edmunds Central at 7:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
Langford were fully in charge last Friday, breezing past Iroquois 55-0.
Meanwhile, Ipswich/Edmunds Central had a bit more than a touchdown to spare in a 22-12 win over Northwestern Area.
Their wins bumped Langford to 1-1 and Ipswich/Edmunds Central to 2-0. Langford's offensive line will need to gear up for a tough test against a Ipswich/Edmunds Central defensive front that amassed 5 sacks against Northwestern Area last week, so we'll see if they are up to the task.
