Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Beulah to victory, but perhaps none more so than Khamoni Lindsey, who rushed for 105 yards and one touchdown on only 13 carries, and also threw for 26 yards and one TD. Lindsey is becoming a predictor of the Bobcats' success: when he posts at least 80 rushing yards the team is 2-1 (and 0-4 when he doesn't). Another player making a difference was Hunter Duval, who rushed for 109 yards on only 14 carries.
Special teams also played a big role in the game for Beulah, adding 13 points to the final score. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Tristen Robinson, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.
On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Beulah's defense and their three sacks. Montana Williford was especially locked on to Comer's QB and sacked him twice.
Beulah's victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 2-5. As for Comer, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.
