It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Roosevelt Eagles had no problem doing just that on Friday. They snuck past the Cranes with a 20-14 victory. The win was nothing new for Roosevelt as they're now sitting on three straight.
Roosevelt's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Bramdon Raven, who rushed for 72 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries. Nate Casarez was another key contributor, rushing for 107 yards and a touchdown.
Roosevelt's victory bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Crane, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-4.
Roosevelt will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Wall at 5:00 p.m. on November 24th. Both teams have allowed few points on average, (Wall: 7.4, Roosevelt: 16.2) so any points scored will be well earned. Crane does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
