Ryan's Harold Thompson rumbled for the longest rushing play in C District 2 (8 Man) this season in his game against Mountain View-Gotebo last week. Thompson scampered for 95 yards on the play and finished with 160 on the day as his team beat the Tigers.
Tipton extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Cement, 58-0. The win marks ninth in a row for the the Tigers.
Tipton's Gerald White and Bryant Flores have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. White has thrown for 548 yards this season, while Flores, a 5-foot-11 receiver, has 10 catches for 300 yards. Ryan's Tyler Brown leads the league in rushing yards with 1021.
A big matchup in C District 2 (8 Man) this week will be when Jim Kerbo 's team takes on Corn Bible Academy. As it stands, the Tigers are in first, while the Crusaders are in third.
Tipton took down the Bulldogs 58-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
