Tayten Gerk posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Monday. He struck out ten batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits (and only one walk). He is becoming a predictor of Caliche's success: when he allows at most one earned run the team is 2-1 (and 3-8 when he doesn't).
