The Ingleside Mustangs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight defeat. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 5-0 walloping at the hands of London. Ingleside has not had much luck with London recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
Ingleside's loss dropped their record down to 1-5-3. As for London, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-2-3 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ingleside will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Rockport-Fulton at 8:00 p.m. on February 20th. As for London, they will head out on the road to challenge King at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. King's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
