Twentynine Palms found a leader in Anisa Youso as the squad took down Calipatria on Friday. Youso was dialed in as she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out nine over four innings pitched. She played a big game the last time she faced Calipatria last Wednesday, so the team probably should've seen her coming. That's the most strikeouts Youso has posted since back in April of 2024.
