The Eno River Bobcats's game last Friday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They took down Research Triangle 46-32. That's another feather in the cap for Eno River, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Eno River got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Madison Hobbs out in front who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 12 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Hobbs has scored at least a third of Eno River's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ava Hill, who scored five points along with nine rebounds and three steals.
Eno River is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a massive bump to their 9-6 record this season. As for Research Triangle, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.
