After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Cascade, the Traders Point Christian Knights were happy to have found some success on Friday. They blew past Central Christian Academy 49-26. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Traders Point Christian has managed all season.
Traders Point Christian found their leader in underclassman Kameron Reese, who scored 16 points along with nine rebounds and three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Reese has scored all season. Quentin Jones was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with six rebounds.
Traders Point Christian has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-6 record this season. As for Central Christian Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-13.
Traders Point Christian on the road again on Monday and play against International at 6:30 p.m. on January 22nd. As for Central Christian Academy, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on Mooresville Christian at 7:00 p.m. on January 23rd. Hopefully Mooresville Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up ten on Saturday.
