The Kali Wolverines's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They took a serious blow against Alak, falling 64-17. Kali has struggled against Alak recently, as their match on Friday was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.
It was another big night for Josiah Henry, who scored 40 points for Alak. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Henry has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Kaden Ahmaogak, who scored seven points.
Kali's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Alak, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-1.
Kali's road trip will continue as they head out to face Alak at 4:00 p.m. on January 20th. As for Alak, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Kali at 4:00 p.m. Kali comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 19 points in their last three games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
