Willard kept a clean sheet against McDonald County on Friday. They blew past the Mustangs 8-0. Considering Willard have won five matchups by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The win was the third in a row for Willard, bringing their record up to 6-4-1. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three contests. As for McDonald County, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-8.
