Pikesville's found some homefield redemption this week after a overtime loss to Eastern Tech on Tuesday. The Panthers blew past the Kenwood Bluebirds 12-2. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by six runs or more this season.

William Holaday was a standout: he scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of Max Levin, who scored a run while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Pikesville always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .514. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Kenwood only posted an OBP of .250.

Pikesville is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.2 runs on average over those games. As for Kenwood, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-4.
