Grissom put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Guntersville Wildcats with a sharp 10-2 victory. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Tigers considering their two-run performance the matchup before.
Dalton Dardin made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He tossed 4.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Dardin was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.
In other batting news, Grissom let Grayson Stroble and Zach Shipp run wild. Stroble scored two runs while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances, while Shipp scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3.
