Manitowoc Lincoln is 8-2 against Ashwaubenon since May of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Ships will host the Jaguars at 4:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Manitowoc Lincoln has four straight victories, Ashwaubenon has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

On Monday, Manitowoc Lincoln needed a bit of extra time to put away Denmark. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Vikings 6-4.

Ashwaubenon saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Michael Bernath, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Manitowoc Lincoln's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-0. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Ashwaubenon, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.

Ashwaubenon's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Manitowoc Lincoln has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .435. It's a different story for Ashwaubenon, though, as they've only averaged .288. Will they be able to contain Manitowoc Lincoln's hitters?

Manitowoc Lincoln took their victory against Ashwaubenon in their previous matchup back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 10-0 score. Will the Ships repeat their success, or do the Jaguars have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
