Among those leading the charge was Gavin Pommerenk, who scored 21 points along with five rebounds and three steals. The match was his fifth in a row with at least ten points. Austin Oguma was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with five assists and five steals.
Moanalua's victory bumped their record up to 5-14. As for Tournament Opponent, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 41-175.
Moanalua won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Castle at 7:00 p.m. on December 28th. Castle is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home. Tournament Opponent is on the road again on Wednesday and play against El Capitan at 3:30 p.m. on December 27th. El Capitan is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 62 points per game.
