After both having extra time off, the Tabiona Tigers and the Valley Buffalos will shake off the cobwebs and take on one another at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Even though they lost, Tabiona was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 17 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in five consecutive matches.
Meanwhile, Valley waltzed into their game on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Thunderbirds by a score of 3-1.
Valley had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-20, 25-16, 25-11.
Tabiona's loss dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Valley, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.
