The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Pantego Christian in their matchups with Grace Prep: they've now lost four in a row.
Grace Prep was led to victory by Kate Jeter and Addi Durand. Jeter scored 17 points along with six rebounds and five assists, while Durand scored 21 points along with six rebounds and four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Durand has scored all season. Zaria Howard was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Pantego Christian has traveled a rocky road recently having lost 14 of their last 15 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-17 record this season. As for Grace Prep, they pushed their record up to 24-7 with that win, which was their ninth straight at home.
