Jared Hatfield and Jarred Lavigne provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Rudyard. The connection went for 71 yards, the longest such play in Ski-Valley - North this season.
La Salle extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Pellston, 61-0. The win marks eighth in a row for the the Saints.
Lavigne was the best wideout in the league this week as Pickford bested the Bulldogs. Lavigne tallied five receptions for 106 yards. Elijah May helped Pickford's passing attack out by catching one ball for 17 yards.
Lavigne was the most productive running back in Ski-Valley - North this week. In eight carries, he ran for 119 yards as the Panthers beat Rudyard. Jack Slater also contributed to the rushing game with 78 yards on the ground.
Tyler Snyder put up the best numbers through the air as La Salle bested the Hornets. He finished with 11 completions for 201 yards and four touchdowns. Snyder's favorite target this week was Joey Ostman, who caught four passes for 102 yards.
The Saints' Snyder and Ostman have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Snyder has thrown for 1059 yards this season, while Ostman, a 6-foot-2 receiver, has 27 catches for 494 yards. Lavigne from Pickford leads the league in rushing with 658 yards.
La Salle led the league in scoring this week after putting up 61 points on Pellston. Snyder in the win.
