Lake Minneola took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Tavares Bulldogs 32-0. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Hawks just coasted through the last quarter.

Coming up, Lake Minneola will take on Mount Dora at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Tavares, they will face off against East Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Tavares is coming into the contest on a five-game losing streak dating back to last season.
