Keyrstin Beckett was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she pitched four innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits. Beckett was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times she's played.
In other batting news, Kay'La Jones was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, two stolen bases, and three runs. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last seven games she's played. Another player making a difference was Charleigh Morasse, who went 1-for-4 with two stolen bases, one triple, and one run.
Trinity Christian Academy pushed their record up to 11-4 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 18.2 runs over those games. As for Old Plank Christian Academy, their win bumped their record up to 5-7.
