The Southside Christian Patriots scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 92-55 win over Crossroads Christian Academy. That 37 points margin sets a new team best for Southside Christian this season.
Crossroads Christian Academy lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Cole Tanner, who scored 20 points. That's the first time this season that Tanner scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Agendo Fitzgerald, who scored 18 points.
Southside Christian pushed their record up to 6-6 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Southside Christian will take on Open Bible Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
