Football Recap: Lampasas Piles Up the Points Against Lake View + How To Watch

With a playoff win on the line, Lampasas rose to the challenge on Thursday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 45-14 win over the Lake View Chiefs/Maidens. With the Badgers ahead 35-7 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Lampasas' victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Wesley Stephens, who rushed for 107 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only five carries. What's more, Stephens posted two rushing touchdowns, the most he's had since back in September. Jaden McElwain was in the mix as well, providing Lampasas with two TDs.

As for Lake View, they dropped their record down to 7-4 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.
