Despite the defeat, Collegiate saw an underclassman step up: Clare Aman dropped a double-double on 19 points and 12 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Aman has scored all season.
St. Catherine's has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season. As for Collegiate, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-8.

Collegiate will take on St. Stephen's & St. Agnes at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. St. Stephen's & St. Agnes will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Virginia Rankings (they are ranked 264th, while Collegiate is ranked 106th).
