T.W. Andrews' defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB 5.5 times. Leading the way was Tra-Kyious Wright and his five sacks.
Meanwhile, Reidsville got themselves on the board against Walkertown on Friday, but Walkertown never followed suit. They took their matchup at home with ease, bagging a 54-0 victory over the Wolfpack. The result was nothing new for Reidsville, who have now won three matches by 21 points or more so far this season.
Reidsville's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kendre Harrison, who picked up 102 receiving yards and three touchdowns. AL Lee was another key contributor, throwing for 179 yards and four touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes.
Their wins bumped T.W. Andrews to 5-3 and Reidsville to 7-1.
T.W. Andrews was dealt a bruising 48-0 defeat at the hands of Reidsville in their previous meeting back in September of 2022. Will T.W. Andrews have more luck at home instead of on the road?
