We expected Kinder to have trouble with the significantly higher ranked Kaplan on Friday, and they did. Kinder have to be aching after a bruising 9-39 defeat to Kaplan. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Kinder of the 6-28 loss they experienced in the two teams' previous head-to-head. The game leaves both teams with the exact same record at 2-2.
Next week Kinder take on DeQuincy at 7:00 PM. Kinder have seen their point totals decreasing over the past three games, a vulnerability DeQuincy are surely hoping to exploit. As for Kaplan, they will face off against Notre Dame. The teams have set a high bar for this game after stand-out offensive performances in their previous contests.
